Our day service provides a social environment for people enduring mental health problems. It helps service users to identify and develop skills, promote self-confidence, self-esteem and life skills. It assists in creating pathways to training, college links, friendships and networking with other agencies. We offer high quality skills training including computer and music clubs, catering and gardening. Our activity co-ordinator arranges activities on a group or individual basis.

Other day centre activities include:

  • Exercise groups
  • One to one sessions with key worker
  • Smoking cessation

  • Psycho education on mental issues
  • Self-medication management
  • CV writing and interview skills
