Supported Living at Star Care Lodge
We are growing our service and we are able to tailor our service to provide support for each individuals who needs it.
About Supported Living
Star Supported Living provides a supported living service for adults aged 18 and over with Learning disabilities mental health, complex needs. The service is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year and it is registered with the CQC.
We provide around the clock care services with waking night and sleeping night staff depending on the resident’s assessed needs. Daytime and night-time support may include one to one, two to one, shared hours, day services, informal support, or no direct support.
We work in a collaboration with community mental health teams, dieticians, physiotherapists, GP’s, district nurses, social workers to ensure a coordinated approach to meet our resident’s needs.
We have various supported living homes to be shared by 2-3 or 4-5 people with similar needs such as mental health or learning disabilities in Medway, Kent, Greenwich, Essex and Croydon.
We are also able to provide support hours to individuals in their homes.
